Thanks, but oddly it seemed easier to just reload it rather than battle rhetorical questions with "not applicable" answers.
I'm sorry to hear that you feel that way. When users do not providing any information about their setup, it is nearly impossible for us to provide any sort of tailored feedback. This is especially true due to how quickly new versions are being released. You didn't even provide us with the version of osTicket that you have installed, so I'm not sure why you would expect anything other than the reply you received.
