I have staff members that are assigned to more than one team, and the teams assigned to different departments, (basically one guy that floats between 2 departments). He can only see closed tickets for his Primary Department, even if they were assigned to and closed by him. He can see them when they are open, but not after they have been closed.It would actually be nice, in our environment anyway, to be able to allow everyone to see every closed ticket, because each of our departments is doing the same thing, just for a different set of users. Any ideas?
