I love osTicket, but I'm facing a problem that I didn't have on an older (1.6) installation.I have all email settings checked so that I get alerted, and the diagnostic tests pass, as do any web-based actions (replies, creations, etc). Everything seems dandy there. But if an action is performed via email, I am not notified. That includes creating a new ticket or replying to one. With my previous installation on 1.6, I'd be notified via email if a new ticket was created or replied to. 100% of those were via email; none of my user base uses the control panel; just me, the "help desk". Do you have any theories on what the cause may be? I'm on 1.8.1.2, but have had this issue since 1.8.Thanks!
