hi..when I am getting replies to my ticktes, they turn into bold at the same row where the ticket is and does not come on top of the queue the same it happens in say outlook or gmail.
Can anyone help me with this...as soon as a client replies to my ticket, it should come on top of the queue so that I know a response is received....I have 500+ tickets in my system under my tickets and I constantly have to go and check if any ticket has been responded or not...:( ....
Also can the color of the ticket number be changed to bold and red as soon as response is received from a client so that it stands out intead of bold and blue which is the current format.
Red Ticket - Blue
Reply to Ticket - Blue & Bold
Needed - Reply to Ticket - Red & Bold
