We would like our users to have the ability to submit tickets via email (which obviously they can do) so that they can get their "bug submisisons" to the helpdesk quickly. Would it be possible to have a particular department have a custom form assigned to all its tickets (the same way web ticket submission works), so that the department members could then enter that form data in after the fact on behalf of the user that submitted the ticket via email? There is no way to do this currently using the ui. The closest that I think that you could come would be to add the fields to ticket details and populate them after the fact by editing the ticket.
