Hi,I was able to narrow the problem onto this: As a staff, when posting a reply (so the customer can see), and having enabled the "Rich Text Format" in Settings->TIcket; if the text has some "Enter" lines such as <br> then when clicking "Post Reply" the next action is the landing page instead of posting the reply.Here is how I can replicate it1. Create a new ticket2. Post a Reply with any text but hit the key "Enter" twice to create spacing.3. Click on Post Reply and the system takes me to the landing page (where customer decides to either create a new ticket or check an existing ticket)The HTML code would look like this:text<br><br>textThanks in advance for helping me out!-AK
