I have the following problem: I have changed settings under Settings-ticket "standard SLA plan." to NOAcitvate the problem now is when I click on "New Ticket" Apparitions yes this popup window, here if I want to create a new customer, I can indeed "Add User" button but not the popup window closes. I close it manually and then give the name on the ticket, the user still is but created. then i create a ticket for this user. When I try to open these tickets now, it is opened as follows:
As you can see missing any information about the user, but also all entered information of the ticket, more than this section is not to be seen. But can create a ticket by mail works perfect.I hope you can understand my bad english ;) Thanks for your help!
