Hi, We like the simplicity of osTicket's use but need to have the system allow more than one user from a given company to log in service requests and to be able to see all of the tickets submitted by anyone from that company. We were thinking that if we could modify the table displaying the tickets based on a given email to display them based on an added attribute called company that that would solve our problem. So two issues to address:
1. Have any of you been able to add custom fields to the ticket creation form and ticket display table (and if so how easy was it) and
2. Have any of you been able to change the basis for retrieving tickets from a given email address to a custom field
If any of you also have accomplished this in a different way we would be interested in hearing from you. Thanks for helping us with determining whether osTickeet can be used for our company.
