I am running version v1.8.0.2We are using osTicket in a way such that 100% of our tickets are created from emails that have been received from customers.My desire is that when we post a reply to a ticket that we pick an option out of a custom field. The goal is to classify the ticket into a category of what the ticket(email) was concerning. It would be nice if we could put the field close to the Post Reply button.Is there a way to do this? The only thing I have been able to figure out is to click the edit button and then select the value in the custom field.I appreciate your help.
