Alert not received by mail

Hello guys,I've installed osTicket as my main ticket system. I'm pretty impressed by its powers.I've setup my Default Alert Mail in my Control Panel but I didn't received any email when a new ticket was opened.Can you please advise what to do?Waiting for your answer(s). Thanks!

Hi,It seems that my "New Ticket Alert" from "Alerts and Notices" had the status Disable.I'm receiving the notification email now on my admin email... but my department manager didn't.Running v.1.8.0.2Any thoughts on this one?Thanks in advance.

You have him set as manager set in the department?You have Manager set in Admin panel -> Settings -> Alerts & Notices?Also you might want to consider upgrading. 1.8.1.2 is current, and 1.8.2 is just around the corner.
