After trying to a fresh install on a new server. I get everything setup and get the email accounts loaded. I send in a ticket and the email is processed and I get the alert email that the ticket was created. However the ticket never appears inside the system. So you are getting a notification from osticket saying that there is a new ticket... yet when you log in there is no ticket?
Correct. On the new server I installed the old version and the ticket is created but in the new version I get the email alert but no ticket is created.
Disregard. It turns out my admin account could not see the tickets due to the primary group
hehe. I figured that it was something like that, or that the tickets were bring created in the old installation or something. I'll close this thread, feel free to post again if you have another question.
