Hi!First, we love osTicket. Thank you!After a painful upgrade from 1.7.3 to 1.8.1.2 yesterday, we are operational. The upgrader was trying to change our database format, but it already had been changed. (adding lines to ost_form) Anyway at last it did complete with a success reported. And we're back on line.But most of the time, not all it seems, the Close and Claim buttons at the top of the ticket form are not doing anything. Sometimes we get the normal message (and subsequently it closes the ticket), but mostly no action happens. Nothing is logged that I can see.This is happening in both Firefox and IE 11, both up to date.I can go back to the open tickets, select the check-box and close it there.Having searched the forum I did not find this anywhere, but sorry if I missed and am making a duplicate post.Regards,-BrianPS: Here's the log of the upgrade, in case it has any relevance. The #1062 were attempts to make entries into the DB that were already there. So I deleted them manually and let it run again.
