Hello,When you open the Client name when viewing a ticket in iOS safari, the contact card that suppose to pop-up never opens. Is anyone else experiencing this or something similar?Thanks!
I can open it on my iPad using Safari with out any issues. I do not however have an iMac/etc to test on.
I don't get it. I tried both on my iPad and iPhone and it just don't work :-(
I am running iOS7.1 by the way. I also asked a staff member from our ticket system and he got the same results as I did.
Have you tried using other browsers to see if it works under those for you?
