Hand to tech.
For me, a printed sheet is a great way to grab what I need before heading on the road in the morning. Having one PT tech right now too, I can hand him his "batch" and he's off. Writes the notes and comments on them as he comes back in...that gets updated by whomever has a chance...likely me.
I use a blackberry on the road and today, a pen is mighty faster. I capture accurate details of what's done..then I've even got better content for the billing records to give to clients.
