Firstly, I'd like to thank the developers for all the hard work they've put into osTicket.  It's really helped my friends and I in setting up an easy and efficient alternative to keeping track of work orders for our repair work.  Top notch job all around.Secondly, I've been looking around at the different features and through the variables I thought we could make less writing for us by setting up the thank you page to be the waiver agreement.  We run osTicket in offline mode so login is required to add tickets and it appears that the thank you doesn't appear if a system admin adds the ticket.  Is there any way we could make the thank you come up even if an admin enters in the ticket?  Or maybe a way to review the thank you after it's all submitted?  Any advice is very much appreciated.
