Hello,
I have a popup window which on click opens the "open.php" file which enables people to write to me instead of clicking the "open a new ticket" button first.
However I do not need the header section menu including logo etc. Please if someone can let me know where the codes are as all I need are the "name", "email id", the message box and the buttons.
How can I modify the file.
