Question number 1: Is there a possibility to hide Dashboard from all others than those with Admin priviledges?Question number 2: Where can I modify tabs on the Staff Panel (as in Dashboard, Tickets, Knowledgebase and their sub-tabs)?

Admin panel -> Staff -> Groups -> Can View Staff Stats.Q: Where can I modify tabs on the Staff Panel (as in Dashboard, Tickets, Knowledgebase and their sub-tabs)?A: You cannot modify tabs using the ui, you would have to edit the source. If I remember correctly it's in /include/staff/header.inc.php

1. I been asked to remove staff members to view even their own stats from dashboard (because it is deemed distracting according to people who asked me to modify this to their needs).2. I found the tabs in include -> class.nav.php. There were the Main tabs (Dashboard, Tickets and Knowledgebase) and all the dropdown menus and the tabs under Dashboard and knowledgebase. Wondering where to find the Open, answered, closed etc. tabs under the tickets tab.

The open, closed etc tabs are located under scp/tickets.php under the comment //Navigation

How can I break down the ticket view into tabs? Like 1. tab has Ticket Details, 2. tab has Ticket Thread and 3. has Response?
