Have an odd error now in working with tickets sent in via email and retrieved via the email polling feature. After replying and closing or simply choosing to close a ticket - it does not appear in the closed ticket list. If I try to re-look up the particular ticket number I get an "Access denied. Contact admin if you believe this is in error."I am the admin and worked on the ticket(s). I can go in to the osticket database via phpmyadmin and reopen the ticket directly in mysql. Tickets sent in via the web form work just fine and can be closed without losing access and will show in the closed tickets list.

Please ignore - SOLVED. Apparently, even though I am the system Administrator - tickets defaulting to the Administration group were not visible after closing, because the Administration group was set to Private and Internal.
