Ticket Text Formatting

Ever since upgrading to 1.8 whenever we get tickets the formatting does not stay. Such as new lines and so on. It all gets compacted into one long paragraph. Are there any suggestions? I noticed an Ajax error when installing the upgrade, and we are hosted on GoDaddy.

1.8 is old. Please upgrade to 1.8.1.2.Also if you would like us to actually help you please provide more information about your setup.

We are currently on the latest version of OSTicket, but this issue has persisted since going from 1.7 to 1.8. When responding to tickets or having them submitted they do not keep their formatting. Does anyone have any advice on this issue? I haven't not yet found a resolution. Do I need to supply more information?

I did upgrade to 1.9.1 but now it appears even worse than before.

Have you tried a different browser? It kinda looks like the css is not loading properly.I would presume that "AJAX calls are failing" means that your server is blocking the AJAX requests being made, or your web broswer is.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I did try it on multiple browsers and the results are the same. I also now have this loading text on every page at the bottom (image included). I'm not sure if the ajax calls are failing due to being hosted on GoDaddy or not. The texts in tickets still makes itself all one line also.

You should probably open a issue report on github, and include as much information as you can (including the ajax fails log error, your web host etc.) and I will make sure the devs take a look at it (also going to ask them to look at this thread).
