Q: How do I enable the custom forms that i have created to the web client view? when they created a ticket.A: Presuming that you added the forms to ticket details they show up automatically on the cient interface.I'm not sure about those forms associated with help topics, but I presume they would also... if they were filled out. If there is nothing to display then they are probably suppressed.Q: how can I extract the custom form data in excel?A: There is no easy way to do that at this time.
