hi.. do you guys have any idea why my osticket still doesnt fetch email even i already sent email to my osticket default email.. when i check open ticket,no new ticket open even i already sent email 3-4 times to that email..
FYI i already check Enable Auto Cron,check Enable POP/IMAP email fetch, already set cron job in my control panel

in email setting i already input username and pasword and choose pop and submit it with no error..
in host column i type mail.domain.com port 110 for POP is it right? or i miss something?
