[MOD] new scp theme, 2 column

This is a "mod" i made a small lifetime ago, basicly a suggestion i made in 2010 for our internal helpdesk at work.

Had more or less forgotten about it, but got contacted by a customer that saw a post i made here in 2010 that has hired me to do a new version with complete redo of all pages also.

Added a sketch of what ive done sofar on the view ticket page that is basicly the most intresting one :)

So if anybody want to use the first version/suggestion here it is, the code is pretty straight forward so should be easy to edit or work from also.

big fan of the Sketch version. I like the column layout a lot. Thanks for this post.

internal notes

Tested a layout idea on internal notes, i kinda like it but im a bit biased since it was my idea :)

Any opinions on it? atm i feel its very plain as no coloring, but mostly focusing on getting the layout done first.

Havent redone the action bar yet, but as you might have guessed its going into the unused box above it.
