various Collaborators added automatically

Hi,

I send an email to my adress support@domain.com

Suddenly 8-10 Collaborators are added to the ticket. They are NOT in the CC etc. of the e-mail.

I have no idea how the system determines them?!

The users must come somewhere from LDAP ?!

It's really really strange.

I did 4 tests. just some mails.. without real content

test 1: 39 Collaborators were added (they must come from LDAP, nobody was created in os ticket)

test 2: no Collaborator was added

test 3: 9 Collaborators were added

I removed the LDAP search base and now no Collaborators are added anymore
