This isn't an error that I have seen before, but 1.8.1.2 is out so you may want to simply upgrade and see if it addresses your issue.Also if you have the means to do so try running this MySQL query:SELECT * FROM ost_config WHERE `key`='lang';You should get something like:id#, staff.#, lang, en_US, 2014-MM-DD HHstaff.# where # is the staff_id of the staff. (so for example if I was staff 2 it would say staff.2). Anyway make sure that your user accounts entry is set to en_US.
