3rd times a charm... I reinstalled OST (VIA softaculous) over the weekend and all seemed to be good...My Info:Apache version 2.2.22 PHP version 5.3.8 MySQL version 5.1.68-cll Architecture x86_64 Operating system linux Perl version 5.8.8 Kernel version 2.6.32-042stab076.8osTicket Version v1.8.1.1Server Software Apache mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635PHP Version 5.3.8MySQL Version 5.1.68I even went to do: BUGFIX: osTicket 1.8.1 - Opening tickets via email failsbut line 2287 didn't match and came up empty on a search...What's happeningI submitted some test tickets and everything went like it was supposed to, so I thought I was golden...Finally some live work tickets came thru (received my email notifications).Upon logging into OST an clicking on a ticket I'm only getting the 1st portion of the ticketi.e. status, client, Prio, email, Dept, Phone and Create date IT ALL STOPS THERE,Nothing else, no more data; assigned, help topic sla, last message, due date, last response etc.... no footer even....With all of my test tickets, ALL of that data came thru. And with the email notification the case/ticket description was there.I submitted some more test tickets from home and I'm seeing ALL of the data. Not sure why I'm getting partial dataWishing I never uninstalled 1.6Any help would be appreciated...I've installed phpbb and heavily modded it as well as coppermine, not new at this... At a loss...
