We have been using osticket for the last 6 months or so and today we added a new user to the system. When they log in they don't see any of the old open tickets that were added yesterday or before. What do we need to do to enable them to see the older tickets?

Make sure that the new staff account has a department and group assigned.
You can check this at: Admin panel -> Staff -> click on staffs name
Check the drop downs for "Department" and "Group".
