SMTP works from command line, but won't work from osTicket

I set up an osTicket server for internal use behind our firewall. We have an SMTP relay server already setup to use, but when I try to enter the information in my email setup, I get Failed to connect to smtp3.mydomain.com .To test my connection to the SMTP server, I did a telnet session and it worked fine.I assume something is incorrect in my osTicket setup, but I have no idea what.Server Information

CentOS, are you running SELinux? If so disable it and try again.

SElinux is disabled. Since we are inside the firewall, it is not necessary.

Never mind, SELinux was NOT disabled. That fixed it. Thanks.
