Hi everybody,

 

We are testing the latest version of osTicket but we have a problem when using autoresponding notifications or the mail diag tool: all of the outcoming mails are received with an empty body on Outlook. In a web client, like Yahoo mail, the body is full.

Is someone here know this issue?

You appear to be using osTicket the same what that I am (same osT version, same Outlook version) and I do not experience what you are describing.  I'm not sure what would cause this to happen.  Maybe it's an Outlook setting thing?What happens if you shut off Enable HTML Ticket Threads and try sending?

Good news, it work if I shut off the HTML:Test2

When I'm using the "HTML Ticket Threads", I have nothing on the source code of the mail.
