Hi,   i have create one custom page and put into the scp/test.php , the name of the file is test.php and folder is scp/ and i have created inc file namely test.inc.php and put to includes/staff folder and i have config the header and footer . my problem is i have added form with upload file . the file is not uploaded , i don;t have any error message, the form not submitted and $_post value is empty anyone please help me
