PROBLEM 1: Wrong tickets amount.When I go to Dashboard->Department, I see 50 opened tickets since the system was installed two weeks ago. This is not true, and it seems it's counting the tickets I created in the testing before making the osTicket installation public. But I did delete all of them and I even went to phpmyadmin and deleted all ticket_event entries, as it was suggested in a non-official osticket page. Too bad I didn't check the numbers were 0 when opening the system to the customers.QUESTION: is there any way to manually set the right values so the statistics can go on from there?PROBLEM 2: "By staff" tab only shows meSo far there are 19 closed tickets assigned to different people. However, the statistics only show me in the "By staff" tab. I was thinking that it might be due to me closing the tickets, but some were not closed by me, so it shouldn't be that. Has anyone experienced the same problem? About problem 2, it seems everyone at the company only see themselves in the "Staff" tab. Not what I expected, but maybe it was programmed like that.
