How do I get custom values passed from customer contact info to the ticket details? When I edit the Ticket Details form none of the custom fields I created are available in the ticket details, I've added the feilds to the form with the same variable names however the field in the ticket details are not being populated with values entered.In previous versions I remember having to add the field in multiple files as well as the database, is that still the case? Im not understanding the custom forms, and lists.

Admin panel -> Manage -> Forms -> Ticket Detailsadd your fields there.If you are adding a drop down list go to Admin panel -> Manage -> Lists first and and make your list.
