HelloOn a clean installation of osticket 1.8.1 i get this "strange" (in my opinion) behaviour.when i reply from gmail to a ticket adding some comments, on the Osticket system, in the box (in Ticket Thread ) where the reply is shown, I get the reply text, plus all the data of the email, including all below the "do not edit below this line".I was expecting osticket to rip all this information from the email, and show only the new respone in the box, as the original information is already in the Ticket Thread I hope I explained my self properly
