1.7.3 is a little old at this point. You should probably consider upgrading to 1.8.1 (or current 1.8.1.1). Are you deleting or moving the emails after a ticket is created?To check go to: Admin panel -> Emails -> your email -> under Mail Account see "Fetched Emails"I don't recall anyone reporting anything like this on the forums, but you might want to try searching just to be sure.
