I just installed the latest version of osTicket v1.8.1.1 and I am not able to create a new ticket through the back end; however, new tickets can be created from the front end.  Please view the attached screenshot to see what I am getting. osTicket Version

I cant tell if the screenshot is uploading or not.  When I click "new ticket" a lightbox pops up with a blue border. I cant do anything from this point.

You should be able to hit escape and bypass the ajax popup.Are you using any mod_redirect or mod_rewrite on your server?Are you seeing anything in your Apache error log?This appears to be the same as:http://forum.osticket.com/d/discussion//1-8-0-1-creating-manual-ticket-show-blank-white-bar

Thank you so much! Pressing ESC allowed me to bypass.  I am using mod_rewrite as my main site is a Joomla website.I am going to have to see if I can access the Apache error log, I am on a GoDaddy server.Thank you again
