I've added a FIELD (dealership, choice type) to the CONTACT INFORMATION form.
When I create a new ticket and view it from the staff panel the DEALERSHIP field is not displayed and also the Phone field is empty.
Back in ADMIN > MANAGE > FORMS > CONTACT INFO both labels (phone & dealership) are there and required.
In ADMIN > MANAGE > FORMS > TICKET DETAILS a like field ISSUE AREA (choice type) data is being displayed in the ticket view.
At a loss....
SIDE NOTE: Manage Your Profile Information User data not being saved...
Any help would be appreciated!
