Unable to add user from SCP in v1.8.1

When I click 'Update User' on the Add User screen the Request URI is being constructed as:https://ourcooldomain.gov/osticket/scp/ajax.php/ickets.php?a=openI don't think that ajax.php/ is supposed to be there?And I'm sure that ickets.php should be tickets.php?It, of course fails with a 400 Bad Request.Any help on this yet?? I do not see your screen shot. I'm not sure what you mean by the "Add user screen".You haven't really provided us with much information about your configuration. Please help us to help you by reading and following the posting

From SCP, click New Ticket, Add User Popup shows. Fill in data, click Update User.Screenshot or problem attached. FYI, I went through the attach graphic on the original post and it didn't work from IE. I had to use Chrome to post this.

There is no "Update User" on that screen.There is an "Add User", is that what you mean? blank You can hit esc to bypass this screen. You can also click the x in the upper right.I believe that the url should be YOURSITE/scp/tickets.php?a=openWhich should spawn the ajax pop up for User Lookup. What web server software are you running? Are you doing any mod_rewrite or mod_redirect?

You know, looking at this further I think that there is a conflict with some of our custom code that is not playing well with your new auto-save feature. If this is not the case and I can provide you with more information.
