Looking for paying someone to add special functions to my osticket

I am looking to pay someone for there time add some functions to my osticket system.

We need to add the following,

1. Technician labour time area to be added to allow labour hours and technician codes . With totalizer.

2. Parts area to allow input of parts from a drop down list which contains the price .

3. To be able to print a job card .

4. To have a quotes section separate to tickets .

Basically we use osticket for tracking callout and breakdowns and use a package called eze service which we use for the job billing side , I want to combine the two .

Anyone that can help ?

Althought OsTicket is an open source system you can contact with the developers to implement any custom feature or mod.

Yes but if you want something specific you need to pay them for your time.

Got a more detailed list of what you need? the more detailed the better :)

Projects that start off with a few lines of info tend to end up with a billion "oh and we need..." "oh dident i mention?"

maybe a sketch nomatter how rough of how you want it looking.

Like for parts, do you need a extra section in admin panel to manage prices or would the system need to fetch them from a provider regularly.

Cool, im new to PHP and find it a challenge to get bits working but like you theres only so much you can do.... trial and error gets you so far, but for complete new parts like a timed section thats something i wouldnt have a clue of doing....

Its actually something im looking into.. Ie some form of time entry for each ticket update and a time spent on each ticket and again for each company...

I was the one that completed the work for this. If anyone else happens along this thread looking for commercial MODs I am now working them as time allows. :)
