I have created a pending ticket system in 1.7 but would like to see it in 1.8. The system allows for me to mark the ticket pending and if there is no response back it will auto close the ticket.The system shows the following in the ticket settings:Ticket Pending Auto Close: (Days to Auto Close a ticket - enter 0 to disable auto close)The system shows the following in the ticket when closed by the system (the number is pulled from the setting):07/24/2013 8 amTicket ClosedSYSTEMTicket closed by the system after 7 days of no activity.

Then you probably should uprade your mod for version 1.8.x.

It was based off of someone else's mod and I tried to rework it for the new code structure but had difficulties.
