Hi,in our ticketprocess we write many messages, until we can assign or transfer the ticket. When the ticket was transfered or assigned a lot of the messages aren't interresting anymore, and make the thread unreadable. It would be very good if there would be an option to "hide" the messagebody of some choosen messagesBRMarkus
