First post. I know this question has been death to death, but everybody seems to have different demands and needs.Basically, I use osTicket as my main support site and way to communicate with my customers. I use the knowledge base feature, tickets, etc. I even have links on my main site pointing to my osTicket support site, so everything sort of blends together.  I absolutely love your software and so do my customers. The problem is, a lot of my traffic is coming from iphones and droids these days. Now, when they view my main site - which is a mobile friendly Wordpress blog - and choose CONTACT US, they are taking to the PC-formatted osTicket site. The PC version is hard for them to use on a phone. Lots of scrolling, etc.I'm not so much concerned about about a mobile backend. I don't need to access tickets on my cell phone or reply on it. This is more for the customer's experience. Is there a plugin or extension that I could invest in? Obviously, I would like something by OsTicket because I'd rather work directly with the developer considering I've had mixed sucess (not just with osTicket but others) with 3rd party application or addons. BUT I am open to any suggestions.Just surprised I can't find more about this in the forums. Thanks!

There is no mobile friendly (aka responsive) version of osTicket at this time.http://osticket.com/forum/discussion/comment/78486/#Comment_78486There are a couple people working on a responsive theme (saw some posts

in the forums) and making osT themeable in general over at github.

Here's the url for the github post I'm talking about: https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket-1.8/issues/490Here is one for the old 1.7.x version It should point you in the right direction if you want to make your own.http://jaypick.me/projects/osticket-theme
