We use osticket to support a few customer in the UK.
I have an issue where an inputted telephone number when creating a new customer. It omits the '0' at the start of the telephone number ie 01952608700 saves on the tick3et as 1952608700.
I have also created a custom form to record a serial number for a device we support. The serial number starts 0112xxxxx. It also omits the '0' from this, becoming 112xxxxx.
Any ideas why this would be happening? I have changed the telephone number formatting from United States to unformatted, but it has made no difference.
