Opening attached file in FAQ failed

We have a problem with Knowledgebase > FAQ section. When opening added

attachments in earlier created FAQ, we are getting error: "Unknown or

invalid file. #XX".

OsTicket v1.8.1

Apache/2.2.22 (Ubuntu)

MySQL: 5.5.32

PHP Version 5.3.10-1ubuntu3.7

Are you using the storage-fs plugin or the default database storage?What happens if you remove the link to the file and re-attach it?

Thank you for a quick reply.We are using default database storage. HiI have the same problem :-( osTicket v1.8.1 We are Using default database storage. I think also the problem is something "hash"

I'v managed to find solution for the problem.Search for file.php file, open it with prefered editor and change string || $file->getDownloadHash() != $h) //next 32 is file id + session hash.to || strcasecmp($h, $file->getDownloadHash())) //next 32 is file id + session hash.Everything is working now :)

HiIt has solved the problem partially. If I am logged in, it works, but if I'm not logged in, so it does not.

This is because osTicket uses different file.php for client sideYou need to navigate to /var/www/.../kb and edit file.php also.

Yes this one, change it to || strcasecmp($h, $file->getDownloadHash())) //next 32 is file id + session hash.

I've 1.8.1.2 version, and issue still remain!

I've just install the plugin Storage :: Attachments on the Filesystem, path properly add, but in Admin Panel -> Settings -> there is no "Attachments" settings. I've just try also with .zip file, but same issue.
