Uploading files makes them unusable

Hello,I'm running osTicket v1.8.1 under Fedora 20 (Apache/2.4.6, PHP/5.5.9, MySQL

5.5.35).All is good but when I upload files on opening a ticket, the attachments aren't usable.I checked the BLOB in database, and I found that 3 bytes where missing in the database. So the browser can't display the files correctly.When I upload an image to change the logo, there is the same problem so the logo can"t be displayed correctly.Have you any idea what I can correct to use this feature ?Thanks.

Please report your issue on github. Include as much information as you can. I have no idea why you would be having this problem since I am not experiencing the same problem on any of my installations.

Thanks.I think I made a mistake changing coding in order to translate the pages into French.I translated using UTF-8 format in my editor to preserve french characters. I uploaded the php files from the archive and everything is OK now.Sorry.
