If you use or plan to use Logicmonitor, the SaaS monitoring platform then you may want to send alerts to osTicket and have tickets created automagically. Well, Logicmonitor is now able to send alerts to osTicket using the osTicket API.I had to intercept the Logicmonitor Custom HTTP Alert delivery since Logicmonitor does not send custom headers when you do a webhook. osTicket expects an 'X-API-Key:' header to allow access. I reused my Pagerduty integration code to make things work. Tickets are being created. I put my working Logicmonitor to osTicket interface code up here: GISTIt is open source - free to use without restriction. Thanks for having the osTicket API working - it makes for interesting integrations that work better than using email for ticket creation. I now have Icinga\nagios, Logicmonitor and Sensu all working sending alerts and having tickets created in osTicket.Any questions?
