So I tried and tried to get the attachment setting to accept my attachment directory. I tried

I kept getting the error that they were not correct directories.
Finally I tried......
/home1/videoge1/www/htpp_public/support/upload
Bingo!! Yay!!! Success. The system finally accepted a directory.
But alas, I go try to go back to the support page after updating my setting and see that the entire support system is bricked... :(
I have current tickets inside or I would just do a complete re-install.
I have no idea where that particular setting is saved. I have searched the entire /support/* directory and searched all the files but I cannot find that setting. Then I searched the OsTicket SQL server I created, but I cannot find that setting.
Please help me get http://video-game-repair-parts.com/support(http://video-game-repair-parts.com/support) back up and running. I know the exact problem, just not the location to correct it.
