Is there any way I can use a custom form within Post Internal Notes likea) ticket status: ticket is wrongly assigned or Furnished details are inadequate etc as Multiple choice.I assume this can be done through code change but was wondering if there is any way this can be done through custom forms

@rowlandan25 is correct. There is currently no way to do this using the ui. The mod he authored and posted to you however will allow you to do somethign similar to what you are asking.moving thread to mods and customizations.
