Thank you.fyi, from the screen shot you provided I would remove the Reply-To Email line and move the Addressee (To and CC) up one and then check the "Reply-To Email" box. Also I see you have Department "Technology" and Auto-Assign To: "Technology". Do you really have a department named the same thing as a team? Just curious. You also might want to set "Target" to Email or a specific system email. (Just a thought.)Please note that this is rather hypothetical for me since I do not use ticket filters in this way.
