Hi All,I've got a multilanguage version of 1.7 (Dutch) running with a few modifications in the code.If I would upgrade to 1.8 using http://osticket.com/wiki/Upgrade_and_Migration, what would happen :)?How long will 1.7 be supported?Thanks
There really is no official Dutch release, and never has been.If you were to upgrade (presuming that you even can since your not using an official release)0. You would lose any and all modifications that you made.1. Your site would become English.2. You would have to re-translate your site (or wait for version 1.9 which features out of the box translation capabilities).
