Dear all,i'm using osTicket 1.8.1 and my problem is that i don't receive e-mail when i select "Enable" on Ticket Assignment Alert and i try to assign to myself a ticket.The e-mail system works. Another problem is that if i click to "Disable" on Ticket Assignment Alert and next i click on Apply changes, it doesn't keep the change and the selection return to "Enable".Ideas ?Thanks.
