Is there a way to log into my system via URL

Hello,

Is there a way to log into my system via URL. I want to put this as a dynamic URL in my product. Once user client this link, it should directly go to his tickets session instead of going to sign-on ..

Can that be done without using LDAP or any other directory service ..

What do you mean? Your login should be http://www.example.com/osticket/scp(http://www.example.com/osticket/scp)

Which means the new ticket page would be http://www.example.com/osticket/open.php?(http://www.example.com/osticket/open.php?)

If you mean the default page, then it would be http://www.example.com/osticket(http://www.example.com/osticket)

include this in the message reply and new message settings in the template section and it will include a link to fill out the email and ticket ID in the login page, all the user has to do is click submit.

It already sends that in the new ticket emails to the person that opened the ticket, or at least mine does.

It does not log them in automatically, but it does populate the fields on the resulting page so they just have to hit enter or click the submit button.
